BlueMagic Group had earned an excellent reputation in medical tourism. Patients travelled from across Europe and the Middle East for their hair transplant procedures. But online, they were losing ground to well-established competitors already ranking for the highest-value terms: “Turkey hair transplant cost” and “Turkey hair transplant clinic.”

The problem was not content quality. It was authority.
